Engage now supports EU-region data hosting for European customers, with tighter email deliverability.
Features
- EU data hosting — Engage now hosts data in the EU region (Frankfurt,
eu-central-1) for European customers. This supports data-residency requirements aligned with GDPR, so EU-hosted organizations can keep customer data stored regionally. Customers outside the EU are unaffected by this change.
Improvements
- Cleaner email delivery — We removed an unnecessary hidden recipient from outgoing emails. This reduces noise on our side and improves deliverability, especially for organizations whose email is routed through regional infrastructure.
